Attention – Parents of Rising 7 th graders
South Carolina law requires that all middle school students entering 7th grade receive one dose of Tdap vaccine.
Seventh grade students will not be admitted into class (virtual or face to face) on August 1, 2022 unless an updated South Carolina Certificate of Immunization documenting receipt of the Tdap vaccine is provided to our school nurse.
Contact your child’s health care provider or the local health department for assistance in securing this vaccine for your child.
